This place suits me perfectly with excellent wi-fi, friendly staff, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, they helped me find great food. I recommend asking for tips from them, and I'm coming back for Christmas.

Spacious family rooms, unique room design, strong public transport links

The surrounding area felt unsafe with homeless encampments!!! The location is far from main attractions and public transport requires navigating through unpleasant sights!!! Elevators were slow, and check-in process could be better organized!!!

Consider using earplugs for better sleep if your neighbor's noise bothers you, as sound insulation can vary between rooms.

Family friendly but environment is unsettling

The breakfast, now that was something else, we were worried it wouldn't be enough but it turned out to be a satisfying experience, everything from pastries to fresh fruit, just what we needed to kick start the day. A real highlight was the room, it was spacious enough for us 4, two kids and us, comfy beds and clean sheets, we had a decent night's sleep.

I spent four nights in a spacious room with a coffee machine and a safe, which made my stay super comfy. The sun terrace and leisure room were great spots to unwind after a busy day exploring the city. The bathroom door design could've been better for privacy, but it didn’t take away from my overall positive vibe! 😊

The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a great place to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the surrounding area was intimidating with many homeless individuals and some signs of drug-related activities, making it feel unsafe at times. Although the metro station was conveniently nearby, I would advise future guests to stay cautious and consider other areas for a more pleasant experience.

Although the staff was friendly and accommodating, the experience was marred by the hotel's concerning location. Additionally, the air-conditioning struggled to cool effectively, and a disturbing encounter with aggressive individuals nearby left us uneasy during our stay.

It was just a strong match for a short staycation in Saint-Denis with great value for the money. The staff were really nice and helped us order food since we didn't speak French. Just be cautious if you're planning to explore at night.

Had an awesome time with friends! We visited the Stade de France and explored Montmartre, both easily accessible. The hotel stayed clean, and the room had great facilities for a comfortable stay. Just remember to keep your belongings safe when outside. it's an inner-city area.

One downside was an uncomfortable experience when we ran into a creepy situation outside the hotel when we arrived. It made us a bit uneasy.

The Triple Room was pretty comfortable and clean, which I really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay nicer. The morning breakfast had a decent variety, which helped kickstart the day. But the location was a hassle. it’s quite a trek from the nearest transport options, which made getting around a bit annoying.
